Jazmine Sullivan Drops Instagram Anthem With "Mascarra"
There is a word I could have used in place of Instagram in the title. It starts with "T" and Beyonce uses it in the remix of Flawless. But I refuse to. I'm too old, and definitely not hip enough to utter it- even in print. Still, this song sums up a segment of society- who are regularly on Insta- using their "assets" to get those bills paid.
Pharrell Puts Adele In The Same Vocal League As Mariah And Whitney!!! Is He Wrong, Though?
Pharrell Williams seems hell bent on getting a collaboration with British singer-songwriter Adele- run for you life, girl! How else do you explain him putting the Diva in the same vocal bracket as actual legends, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston?

Rihanna Ruins 2015 Already With "Vogue" Cover
I am aware enough to know I'm perhaps the only person on this site looking forward to Rihanna's new project, R8. However, just because I enjoy the Diva's schtick it does not mean I am blind to her limitations. Case in point, this newly surfaced, TERRIBLE cover of Madonna's Vogue.

Is Sia Trying To Court Controversy With "Elastic Heart" Visuals?
Sia isn't done with last year's 1000 Forms of Fear- like I worried she was- having just released the visuals for its next single, Elastic Heart .
Undoubtedly a great song, it being picked as single number three does seem like an odd choice though. Already having been "released"- albeit featuring the The Weeknd- as a single to promote a Hunger Games Soundtrack back in 2013, one has to wonder if re-releasing it could ultimately impact sales.

Did Jazmine Sullivan Do Whitney Houston's 'I Have Nothing' Justice? Listen And Find Out!
Finally, the release date for Jazmine Sullivan's third album, Reality Show, is within reach! Due to hit the shelves on the 13th of this month, the Diva joined Vibe magazine to give us a little taster of what to expect from those powerful pipes with a Whitney Houston cover.
The big takeaway from this was the control Jazzer has. This isn't a new revelation- we know she is a technical and emotive singer- but it's still a marvel to see a voice under such tight lock.
Watch how this Philadelphia-based Diva handles the epic I Have Nothing below.

Idina Menzel Responds to New Year's Eve Vocals : "You can't get it all right all the time"
This is something I said in an interview a few months ago. pic.twitter.com/J63wLZJHnp

I'm not sure how many of you watched Idina Menzel's performance of Let It Go at Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve special on ABC- I know I didn't! I did, however, read people's negative reaction to the rendition, mostly coming from the Twitter-folk.

Lady Gaga Slays 2014 With Kennedy Center Honors Performance!!!
This is why Lady Gaga will always be relevant to me, big seller or not. This Lady has raw talent!
I will say no more other than this is a cover of Sting's If I Ever Lose My Faith In You. My reaction will come via the second video.
