[Open Post] Merry Everything, Everyone!

Happy Holidays, everyone! Whatever you're doing, wishing you good cheer. (Not that I don't wish the same for y'all 365 days a year!)

Since I'm probably going to be MIA for the next few days, here's an open post for anyone anywhere to talk about whatever! I'll try to check in on my phone- the computer is most certainly staying off for the next few days- periodically to see if anythin' be gwanin...!

This year seems to have been musically anemic for me. Not sure if I'm suffering from a kind of sonic amnesia, but I can't think of any standout releases coming from 2014!  Maybe you can guys can help knock some sense into me.

I would have preferred a proclamation via email, but hey, let me be grateful for the heads-up and go right along and create an area to discuss them and the show.

Silly me, I thought X-Factor winners Little Mix would have called it a day by now, three years in since their win. But nope. They're still here, looking like they're enjoying themselves and each others company- Sugababes/MKS take note! 

[Duellng Divas] "Baby, It's Cold Outside"

Since it is the season, I thought this latest addition to the Duelling Divas series should be somewhat related.

We've already had a Christmas battle [See: O Holy Night], so this time I've found a winter classic that is pertinent to the coldest season of the northern hemisphere, but isn't holiday related. A bonus of this pick is that it's been covered by such a wide range of singers, over such a large period of time, that we'll get to deal with Divas who don't usually get a look in on the blog.
