Forgive this spam post for its lack of pizazz. What with current events, I don't feel much like writing commentary today. Nonetheless, I know there are releases that some of y'all may find discussionable, so here's a quick post.
First up is our lovely Jazmine Sullivan. Stopping at a New Orleans barber shop, the Diva gave the punters a live and impromptu performance of new song, Stupid Girls, for NPR.Lucky gits.
Next we have Iggy Azalea ft. Rita Ora, and their duet Black Widow. Seriously, I cringe at some of the lines in this song. Not because of the content, but because of Iggy's over-egged, faux accent. Anyway, Rita Ora's hook definitely makes this track for me. The video isn't bad, with its Kill Bill teas, but it definitely loses steam the further it goes.
To end we have Ariana Grande and Zed's collab, Break Free. Watch the Diva pay tribute to Sci-fi and Barbarella with her colourful video. Song is still sounding dry to me, though.
