Can someone explain to me why Queen of Camp Cher made the music video for Woman's World an exclusive on the often hateful to all minorities (and females), Daily Mail website? Could it be that the rag offered-up the raw material for the opening wig in return for the exclusive? Or even better, was Cher being knowingly ironic in choosing a site which often spreads negativity to début a song with a positive message? I have no idea, but I'd like to think it was a better reason than just exposure or cashola.
Aside from that conundrum, prepare your senses for a bevy of female beauties of all shapes, colours and ages getting down to the Paul Oakenfold and JD Walkerclub produced track. It does feel like the video has come a little late- considering the track was released on June the 18th- but it'll be great to see Cher back on music television, regardless.
Women's World is taken from Cher's twenty-sixth (!) studio album, Closer to the Truth.
